The green power industry is growing at a rapid rate and solar power systems for homes and business are becoming more and more popular. Many people spend a lot of their hard earned money in an effort to reduce their power consumption for various reasons. To help the environment, reduce electricity bills or to reduce our dependency on an unreliable national power supply.

Unfortunately there are businesses that appear to be taking advantage of customers in this growing industry and this site will be dedicated to those who have complaints against one businessman, Jason Sole, and his online shop – gwstore.co.za.

There are already websites out there with a customer/supplier complaint platform such as hellopeter.com. I am not going to try and reproduce those sites. This site will be an attempt to provide a platform for those who still have complaints against Jason Sole and GW Store to get together, discuss ways of dealing with the problem as a group and spread the word.

So that is what this site is about. If you are still owed refunds or goods from Jason Sole then this site is for you. If you are interested in consumer issues or spreading the word about very poor customer service, then this site is also for you.

I am not sure how it is going to work out, but if there is enough interest I hope to create a forum or some form of online of discussion.
